Investigation: Multi-scale model galactose metabolism in the human liver

The focus of this investigation of central role of the liver in galactose metabolism and clearance of galactose.
Main objective is the development of a multi-scale model of human galactose metabolism applicable to the prediction of individual galactose elimination capacity (GEC).
